Upon receiving your email for quotation, ordering, or any other inquiries, we usually reply within one or two working days.

To order large packages of products, please fill out the bulk product order form and indicate this in the email, and send it to [email protected]. Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm the ordering information with you.

Application for Free Trials

Target audience: All users are welcomed to apply for the free trial products from BIOOE. All BIOOE products including free trial products are for scientific research only. Non-professionals are not eligible to apply.

  1. Scope of use: All BIOOE products including free trial products are for scientific research only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.
  2. Number of claims: Free trial products are only for trial purposes. Each laboratory can only apply for the same free trial product once, but different free trial products can be applied at one time.
  3. Shipping Fee: International applicants need to pay all the charges related to shipping and customs clearance.

Quality Assurance and Disclaimer

  1. We guarantee to provide buyers with fully qualified products. In case you experience issues with the product, please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receipt and before using more than half of the product as well. Otherwise, product returns or claims for refunds/replacement will not be accepted. The refunds are only limited to the value of the product paid by the buyer and do not cover any other losses involved in the experiment. Before testing precious samples, it is recommended to confirm the assay system first with an appropriate positive control.
  2. We are not responsible for any quality complaints caused by improper storage or use by the user. For any other issues unrelated to quality, such as the lack of instruments required and ordering the wrong item, we do not take any responsibility.
  3. In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Store the item in the original package according to the storage instructions in the manual. Please do not attempt to return the item yourself. BIOOE will make arrangements promptly to make sure you receive the correct product.
  4. All products from BIOOE are for R&D only, not for drug, household, or other uses. We are not responsible for any unauthorized change of use of our products, or storage in an inappropriate place.
